I borrow the title of a good writer, but only to share a thought paradoxical: it is most often laws to regulate the activity of those who "go beyond", say "bad students ". Yet these are precisely those who seek all means to avoid punishment, so that laws accumulate on the heads of "good students" who are doubly punished.
